Marlee Yearwood
Hello!
My name is Marlee Yearwood and this upcoming school year, 2025 - 2026, will be my 8th year teaching. I have been a DES Lion for 5 years. I am married to Austin Yearwood and we have two little boys and welcoming our third over the summer. We were both born and raised here in Habersham County and graduates of HCHS! We reside in the county, where we spend most of our free time growing our homestead with our boys and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs! We have a Goldendoodle and a number of chickens right now. I graduated from the University of North Georgia with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, with a reading endorsement in 2018. I then returned in 2019 to obtain my Master of Education degree, graduating in 2021. I am also endorsed in Gifted Education and ESOL. I am so honored to be working in the Habersham County School system and I look forward to working with your child and you! I am so excited to have another fun-filled school year!
